Not So Basic


American Apparel is kind of awesome. They have fabulous basics that I need right about... oh... now. I love taking simple basics and dressing them up a bit. Right now, I'm sticking to jeans and sweatshirts, but come the warmer weather, I'll be back to my normal self.

    I have to admit, i do like the basics from American Apparel but sometimes they can be just a little bit expensive

    I love American Apparel! Seriously. They have awesome clothes. Although, their website makes me feel awkward.. for obvious reasons. Haha.

    this is a great reminder to myself - i need to get my ass to aa! i want that twisty velvet thing they have, i wanna wear it as a turban and a bow tie ;)

    I was just looking at the AA site yesterday! I LOVE all of their styling, the way they put stuff together is so incredible for reallll. except I second kenzie's comment about being awkward.

    Dionne, I completely agree! If they were like, $10-15 cheaper, it'd be perfect.

    KF, they really do. And yeah, I agree with the awkward factor. Especially when you're just with friends, browsing the site, and they look over and see some naked girl in only mesh... awk.

    Michelle, do it! I love it, it's so pretty.

    Chelsea, me too! They have such simple basics but the way they style their models is just awesome.
