Get Your Butt in Gear!

I am really going to start trying to better myself in terms of my weight and overall fitness. I know, I know, I've talked about this before, but my motivation has grown stronger and the need to do this is becoming more prominent in my everyday life. This past Monday was my first time at the gym in almost a year, so that's progress!

Here's a few instructions and some exercises I'll be doing to start up my regimen.
Fingers crossed that I see some progress over the next few weeks!

Damn You, Frugal February!

In case you've missed the small picture at the bottom of my side bar, I want to let you all know that I am participating in a spending-ban called Frugal February. Some other bloggers, such as Abby, Michelle, and Alyse, have decided to take part in the little challenge to stop spending money on necessary items. Food and water is the only thing I'll be purchasing this month, and perhaps a new face wash as mine is nearly finished. I've recently found myself under the covers of my extra-long, twin-sized bed, browsing many lovely Etsy stores and cursing the fact that I've gotten myself into this whole spending ban. I might go crazy by next month, but at least it will be like me treating myself for being so good all month!

As for cravings, first up is a lovely painting made by the even lovelier Carly Watts. I've admired her work for quite some time and I love how fun she is with her work. Hopefully she will put this up on her Etsy and I can purchase it as soon as March rolls around! If she makes it available for buying, I will literally be on my laptop, counting down the minutes until midnight on the first of March!

Next up, pretty much everything that's available to buy at Decade's Past is catching my eye. I'm hoping that nobody snags up my favorite pieces over the next month!

I was introduced to the Etsy store Dinosaurtoes when I saw this lovely necklace as seen on Mara. They have a wonderful collection of pieces in store.

Here's to keeping my word on not spending money on these lovely pieces... Hmph!
