Get Your Butt in Gear!

I am really going to start trying to better myself in terms of my weight and overall fitness. I know, I know, I've talked about this before, but my motivation has grown stronger and the need to do this is becoming more prominent in my everyday life. This past Monday was my first time at the gym in almost a year, so that's progress!

Here's a few instructions and some exercises I'll be doing to start up my regimen.
Fingers crossed that I see some progress over the next few weeks!

HI (I'm a newbie follower!)
This is exactly what I need! I can't do exercise without strict instructions or someone shouting at me or it just won't happen so this is perfet. Level 1 looks doable, only just. lol!

i've started doing the insanity work out and eating healthier. i've noticed a difference in my energy levels, but hell no i wont touch a scale. im still waiting to see results in the way my close fit :/

Haha, wow, just forgot about this and realized I haven't started... Oops! I've been super busy. I ought to start this at the beginning of February.

Good luck with all of this, i may give it a go, i really hate my stomach and legs so they could do with some toning and weightloss! xx
